MY REFLECTIONS ON MY FRIEND'S BLOG
PHYLLIS' BLOG - Generally her blog is good - rather informative. I also like her healthy dish - spaghetti with minced chicken and fresh mushroom in tomato based sauce. It looks very yummy and healthy too - the kind of food I will go for.
I also felt that there are too many charts where small fonts are used. It is difficult to read.

CASSANDRA'S BLOG - Her blog too has detailed infomation about the fat and other values. However, she has forgotten to include her healthy one dish.

CHARLOTTE'S BLOG- I think that charlotte's blog is very neatly organized. It has everything a blog needs but maybe she could have added some pictures.

I have realised that i have been eating more than what is needed

So I have decided to start eating healthy. I even made a healthy indian dish called kitcheri rice. Unpolished Brown rice is used instead of white rice. Wholegrain food such as unpolished brown rice gives more vitamins, minerals, fibre and protective plant chemiclas (phytochemicals) than refined grains such as white rice. A lot of green and coloured vegetables are added for fibre and nutrients thus protecting us from common diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Extra virgin olive oil is used to make this rice as olive oil contains monounsaturated fat hence giving us protection against heart diseases by controlling LDL (bad) cholesterol and at the same time increasing HDL (good)cholesterol

7.30pm Chappati 3
